Ordered online? Here’s what happens next.

When you get an order confirmation (a.k.a invoice) from the company you bought from, just upload it to your Mailboxes Dashboard! Uploading it to your Dashboard is the best way to ensure your shipments get THE FASTEST service. If you don’t provide us the invoice before your order arrives in Delaware, the shipment will be delayed.

Don’t forget this part:

Your Mailboxes address must be complete on all shipping labels and MUST include YOUR NAME and MAILBOXES MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.

And FYI:

Orders are received and forwarded by our Mailboxes US Facility Monday-Sunday 8:00am to 6:00pm (we don’t sleep—but your packages do move fast).

Express vs. Weekly

Two ways to ship—both fast. Pick your pace, we’ll handle the rest.

Express Shipping

For when you need it ASAP.

Use Mailboxes Express service when you need your stuff and you need it now. We’ll ship it to Bermuda as soon as it arrives at our US warehouse (as long as we already have your invoice). You can expect to receive your packages in Bermuda within 2–3 business days from the time your shipment is received at our Forwarding Centre in the U.S.

Weekly Shipping

For when saving wins over speed.

Let’s say you ordered a bunch of stuff from Amazon that is arriving on different days of the week (and nothing is urgently needed). When you choose Mailboxes Weekly service, we’ll hold everything at our US warehouse from Friday until Thursday, then ship it all together—so you only pay the first-pound rate once. Easy savings.

Pro Tip:

Don’t let your packages miss the flight.

We ship all Weekly service orders every Thursday—so timing matters. To make sure your packages get bundled together (and you only pay that first-pound rate once), you’ll want to order with enough time for everything to arrive at our U.S. warehouse before Thursday. We’ll only hold packages for 7 days, so if something shows up late, it’ll have to ship solo.

Address it right.
Or risk delays.

We get it—mistakes happen. In order to avoid delays on your packages, follow these simple tips.

Don’t mix Weekly + Express.

If you include both “Weekly” and “Express” in your address line 2, we’ll always ship it Express.

Use your full Mailboxes address.

When checking out, you need to make sure “Express” and your membership number are featured on address line 2. Otherwise we won’t know who shipped us your package!

Ordering Online

Follow these instructions when ordering online, so we can help bring your purchases home quickly and efficiently.

Step 1

Upload a screenshot of your order confirmation to your Dashboard—or just forward the email to us with “Heads Up” in the subject.

Step 2

Hang tight while we handle the shipping. Your Dashboard will update as things move, so no need to refresh it every five minutes (we know the feeling).

Step 3

Once your package is ready, you’ll get a text or email. Choose to pick it up, or have it delivered for just 99¢ per pound—never more than $25 total.

Dimensional Weight Calculations

Airlines and couriers charge based on actual weight or dimensional weight—whichever is greater.

In other words, it’s either how much your package weighs—or how much space it takes up on the plane. Big and light? You’ll pay for the size. Small and heavy? You’ll pay for the weight.

Large, Light Items

Think big but lightweight — like a pillow. They don’t weigh much, but they’ll take up lots of space on the aircraft, so you’ll be charged based on size instead of weight.

Small, Heavy Items

Small and dense items — like necklaces — might be tiny, but their weight adds up. So, you’ll be charged based on the actual weight, not the space.
